Weird Glitches

A really weird glitch happened to me today. I was playing Falling Phantoms, and when I clicked the exit button, this happened!
And this  glitch happened when I was trying to see if my art made it in The Jammer Central thing:

These weird glitches have been happening to me all through out Animal Jam... Have they ever happened to you?
